My Contributions
As a visual designer, I defined the website's look, feel, and user experience during the initial redesign phase. Collaborated with teams in discovery workshops to revamp the site structure, simplify the design, and ensure a clean and user-friendly interface. Conducted a detailed evaluation of the existing site and documented findings to inform design decisions.

Evaluated similar products and performed a detailed diagnosis of the existing site. Identified strengths and weaknesses to guide redesign decisions.

Created comparative boards for the old and new site versions to analyze design changes and ensure alignment with project goals.
Findings:
Highlighted the importance of optimizing search algorithms, reducing content density, and incorporating white space to improve usability and visual appeal.
